Job Opening: Junior Embedded Software Engineer/ New Engineering Graduates

Aversan Inc. is currently seeking New Engineering graduates and Junior Engineers (Embedded Systems) to work on leading edge technology products. The successful candidates for these full time positions will be part of a team developing and testing safety critical real-time embedded software for sophisticated technology applications. Responsibilities range from software design, implementation, testing and documentation. You will be part of a highly motivated and highly technical work environment feeding off the collective energy of a team-oriented work environment.  This position is for our Mississauga office and requires an immediate start. Experience and qualifications in one or more of the following areas is essential:  * A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering;  * Software development experience in the C or C++ or Java programming languages is required and some assembler language programming experience is beneficial;  * Knowledge and experience of software lifecycles and software engineering design principles;  * Knowledge of embedded Software and Hardware design;  * Able to work as a team with systems, hardware and software engineers.  * Knowledge and experience of software development tools such as compilers, editors, debuggers, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and logic analyzers.
